My younger brother and I had an outdoor worship ministry years ago, and singing worship songs in parks and beaches was something many of my friends and I did off and on for many years. In the Summer of 2023 I felt like God was saying it was time to start it again when I made the acquaintance of two people who had a similar passion for Christ and worship.
The Rox Worship name was inspired by a worship jam my friends and I had on the rocks at the beach one day, and Luke 19:37-40.
“When he came near the place where the road goes down the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of disciples began joyfully to praise God in loud voices for all the miracles they had seen: “Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!” Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!” “I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.”
We are a group of Jesus Lovers from the PNW who hope to encourage and unify people in Christ through music, art, writing, and community events.
